Yet another hot one in July! This has been a great summer for weddings - hot but minimal rain makes for wonderful outdoor formals and pictures. Judy and Joe are my next newlyweds who got married at Hendrick's Chapel in the heart of Syracuse, NY on the Syracuse University campus, where the bride graduated from.
I love these doors shots! And how can you not awe over the groom's look at his beautifully stunning bride! He's been enamored with Judy from the day he met her at Gannon's Ice Cream Shop 6 years ago! To think, it all started with soft serve and a smile.
After some portraits outside of Maxwell School, we headed over to the reception at the Sheraton. The room looked spectalar with hues of purple and pink throughout and elegantly decorated table settings and centerpieces.
After some tender moments during the first dance and parent dances, a great party commenced and the bride and groom's friend performed a song for the two of them.
Joe's advice to future groom's is to "Marry a girl like Judy" and Judy hopes you'll "give yourself time. It's a process to cherish and although stressful, its an experience you get to share with one another." Congratulations you two!
This couple was/is seriously cute. Between Judy's yellow hunter boots, their two pups and a beautiful home, the fall offered a beautiful backdrop for these two lovebirds engagement session.
I know their July wedding at Hendrick's Chapel will be just as enduring!
